We had a lovely stay and recommend this hotel to all. Booked a room with amazing views of Dickey Stevens park. - A flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and tea/coffee making equipment were a nice touch.

The room looked really nice and had all the things we needed. The bathroom was pretty clean too. The hotel is in a good spot, not too far from Robinson Center. The people working here were super friendly and took good care of us 😊.

The room was not worth the price and was disappointing for a Hilton family hotel. Front desk staff was not helpful assisting us with a non-perishable breakfast for our 3 AM check out. We were told to "call the chef and see if he could help us."

The location is fantastic and stunning, with the Statehouse Convention Center just a short walk away. The service is excellent, with courteous staff who assisted us in arranging a shuttle to the airport. The breakfast is affordable and offers well-priced food served promptly.

The parking was convenient onsite, the room was modern and nicely furnished. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from Historic Arkansas Museum. There was a good restaurant within walking distance. The bed was very comfortable, and I appreciated having the toilet separate from the shower. The affordable breakfast was a lovely addition to my stay, and I was impressed by the service and cleanliness at the hotel.

It seemed that I had booked two rooms but the actual was only one room and so the staff accommodated me quickly into another room.
There were three of us but the towels were for only 2 persons. The WiFi was difficult to use. Not informed that breakfast was not included in the price.

The price for the rooms were almost more than staying at the Marriott. In that case I would prefer to stay at Marriott. I also expected the room type I booked through Booked.net is the room I would get, unfortunately that didn't happen.
